Can not believe why it’s not possible to reschedule a flight not online, neither the app or website works and at the phone no one picks up , more than 20 mins on the line for nothing

Not possible to request name change in the app due to internal error. When calling support we got a another number to call that was not in use. The app only offers prices in GBP though I’m a Swede living in Sweden? I also got random error codes during the booking, but it seems to have gone through. However I don’t see any any check in option yet.

I’m having issues with opening the app - it says I need to install a new version but I have the latest one already! What should I do?

The app works fine but I think the UX can be highly improved. Seems like and old-retro computer screen with that beige all over the place.

Thanks for the update! However, the card (in my case silver) does not show star alliance-silver as before in the logo (at least in iphone 5 or SE). That was useful in the past. If you could arrange this would be great! Also both the segment flights and points achieved are now centered with the reference ones, this is soo confusing! Hope you can arrange these issues!

I just booked a ticket on the app and love the functionality. It was alslo great that I could pay in part with my SK points!
