Wasting about 30 minutes just to book my flight drop down menu is not shown tried Arabic and English airport symbol nothing works as if it was a 2D app really how shame

I don’t recommend it. They forced me to pay the extra weight fees twice

When I choose Multi city to book 3 flights, it gives the option to book just 2 flights. I need to book 3 flights!!

I am very confused as to how this app has such a high rating. Perhaps these ratings have been paid for or perhaps the people using the app just have lower expectations from their technology. I purchased a ticket through the app only because it is in alliance with other airlines I use frequently. This was a huge mistake because a week after purchasing the ticket, getting paid confirmation, and choosing my seats I went to the airport like any normal human being would do. I was then told that the ticket was never issued (despite my confirmation in the app and the word “paid”. No one had an answer as to what happened, one woman admit that this was a persistent problem with the app and it had done this before but still continued to be rude to me and disrespectful. When I finally gave them the solution of repaying for the ticket so I could catch the flight (which was about to take off) and that I would deal with my bank later....: I was asked to pay double the price I had originally been quoted and the rude young lady continued to give attitude. Needless to say, I will not likely be traveling with this airlines again and their partners will also be informed of the experience.
