I would have given a higher rating if it had Apple Pay. I switched from ANZ to SBS for my credit card. Although the SBS card is better but in terms of the App functionality, ANZ app is excellent.

Updates are always improving but is quite buggy still

This app is garbage. Just comes up with error messages far too often and won’t open. At least do something about it and improve this otherwise don’t bother making a rubbish app.

Good little app, has all that I need

Sick of the ap contantly failing with error messages several times a day. Definitely needs to be fixed. Had constant issues for weeks now. Never used such a horrifically bad ap

Downloaded the up and set up ok. Tried to make a tax payment from my account numerous times, every time I get a message saying ‘an error occurred’. No recourse to anything from that. Occasionally while using it it would close down with a message saying ‘you have been logged out due to inactivity’. Yes, while I was using it. So for me at least, the app isn’t worth having if I can’t do what I need to do on it.
