It’s embarrassing that this isn’t compatible with earphones bought two years ago

SERIOS PROBLEMAS DE COMPATIBILIDAD!!

Es lamentable que los auriculares HD 4.50 BTNC pierdan compatibilidad. Al día de hoy, no existe aplicación compatible ya que la aplicación anterior (CapTune) no funciona mas y esta, que debería reemplazarla, dice que no es compatible con este modelo. Básicamente, dejan sin soporte ni posibilidad de configuración de los auriculares a un producto de menos de dos años. Lamentable.

Unsupported headphones

So I just download the app to upgrade the firmware of my hd450 btnc and even followed the instructions for my model that are inside the app to pair the headphones and it tells me that I don’t have support for this version? Terrible decision Sennheiser.

Hope it improves

Hi. I think this app has potencial, but right now it seems half-baked. I have a set of brand new PXC 550-II and the number of features it lets me control and customize is quite lacking compared to others for sets in the same price range or even lower. Also the performance is lacking. It takes too long to apply the settings I change in the acustical settings. Also, a full EQ with more music type preset options would be a welcome addition. The app needs urgent improvement considering how good and expensive the headset itself is.

Suggestions

I am relatively new to the Sennheiser app, having recently purchased the Momentum 4. I also have the Sony wh-1000mx3 and Bose Quiet comfort 30 ear buds. The Momentum 4 sound amazing. I like the transparency mode and adaptive noise cancellation, but it would be nice to be able to turn off ANC and just have the noise cancellation. It would be also nice to have an option to completely turn off the equalizer. Lastly the Bose and Sony apps both show what is playing while the Sennheiser app does not. Maybe these can be added in a software update.

Garbage app and product

Won’t connect. Claims my Bluetooth is not on when it is. Useless

Fails to pair.

Got a pair of HD450bts and they’re not pairing. Tried all the FAQs, turned my phone off, cleared all past connections on the headset, forgot pairing on my iPhones pairing, app will not recognize my headphones that are already connected to the phone via Bluetooth.

Just doesn’t work, at all.

App couldn’t find my headphones. I know that the headphones are working so,,,
