Sennheiser Smart Control

The sound quality of my Momentum 4 is terrific; the app to manage it is unusable with VoiceOver without serious experimentation and use of Screen Recognition. Can you please test this for yourself with VoiceOver, and fix it? Sony have managed this for their app; please match them. VoiceOver is on every iOS device and is free to use.

Keeps losing my soundbar and wifi scan does nothing even though the wifi is working fine. It really is appallingly unreliable. Team should have been embarrassed to have released this in this state. Lord knows what testing regime is behind this.

Cool when it actually works, 80% of the time the it keeps turning the headphones off and on again and after 10 attempts a crazy lady saying “disconnected”…. “Connected”… “disconnected”.. “connected”, 2% chance of connecting first time and 18% chance of no connection. Winds me up so much now I just leave the headphones and app running in my pocket so I don’t have to hear the obnoxious headphone lady sounding like she’s having a mental breakdown. Please give an option to turn her off, or fix it.

This app running on my iPhone 15 Pro or iPad Mini 5th Gen will not connect to my HD 450 SE. Have tried it many times without success.

Since buying this soundbar in 2029 the app has never ever worked. I lost count of how many times it disconnects, or it says device connected but the soundbar name is greyed out, which means unable to click on anything or advance any more. It does not matter how many times you unplug, uninstall and reinstall or restart, it’s the same thing. It's the most useless app ever for such an expensive item. I am glad that Samsung has lunched their Samsung HW-Q990D

these headphones will lose charge even when they are turned off and doing nothing not even connected to bluetooth which makes them completely useless 0 stars

App stopped working. Reinstalled, finds headphones then says search again and doesn’t connect. Was going to upgrade to 4’s but why if you can’t control them?

If I could give this 0 stars, I really would! This app fails time after time to connect to my Accentum headphones since I got them! Without the app, it’s just normal standard headphones. No access to ANC or transparency modes, no access to equalisers, NOTHING!

Thought you would at least be able to adjust the volume and put the noise cancelling on without having to sign in just too much hassle
