Can’t Login on iPhone
For last 2 months, I have not been able to login to ServiceNow Agent app on my iPhone. I can still login to ServiceNow on my laptop, so I know my username and password are good. I have worked several times with the IT group of the vendor I contract for, but they haven’t been able to help resolve the issue. The app recently had an update that was supposed help with login issues, it still doesn’t work.
