Shell Recharge

Since recent update it is useless. I need to sign in everytime I would like to use even if I started a charge. If charging is started the running session won’t appear so it is not possible to stop it. What a great version. Dear developers what a brilliant idea it would be to hire testers, since clearly testing your own work is too much to handle.

After each update you have to sign into the application, and the 2FA via SMS makes it difficult to use the app on multiple devices. Please remove the SMS authentication or make it optional. Thank you!

It crashes all the time.

A kártyát a Shell fleet appban aktiváltam, de 48 óra múlva se lehetett itt hozzáadni. Használhatatlan, segítséget kérni nem lehet senkitől. App törölve és úgy tűnik, nem a Shell-t fogom használni auto töltésre.

The app is very unstable. The most annoying thing is that view sticks to your location. While moving, you cannot move the map, becuase the view always jumps back to your location, but even when you are stationery, trying to plan a trip at home, the view jumps back after a few seconds. It makes it inpossible to use the app to find the chargers firther than a few hundred meters. The charging point also often simply don’t load.

Cannot explore the map, when I scroll it jumps back to my current location immediately. How did you guys tested this???

Has never been able to start a charge from the app, but thats ok, the card works… BUT Imagine trying to go somewhere and want to look for charging options near your destination… Then this stupid app pulls you back to your current location in every 5 seconds….

Már 1 éve hamarosan tud számlát adni a shell... Hogy árulhatnak szolgáltatást számla nélkül?

Worst charging app ever, not recommended, unless you want to get into troubles, like I dod. 1) Painfully long registration process 2) Unreasonable amount of information requeired for setup 3) Submitting billing information does NOT work -> Continue button not working 4) Available on the Czech Appstore, but the apps say “Coming soon in this region” Due to an error on the billing form, the app registration process cannot be completed, cannot start a charge -> this version should not have been published to the AppStore at first and should have be at caught by AppStore review team swcond. Not recommended.
