Singtel Prepaid hi!App

So frustrating app keeps thinking im not in singapore. I can be connected to local wifi or roaming still keep telling me im not in singapore. How else to prove why not use gps instead of what ever else you guys using to determine if in sing or not.

I was also frustrated with registration process but everything ended up working fine for my Singapore Singtel SIM card!

Not user friendly and so many issues with registration. They put so little empathy into their user experience and their app keeps crashing and having issues with following its own required registration instructions. If this app wasn’t government required it would never be used.

The app gives very limited and confusing and unhelpful information. Also the data did not correspond to the plan I was informed about and there was no support. Just overall a huge waste of time.

Do not buy these prepaid sims from convenience stores. Your activation request goes into a black hole and the customer service are robo generic unhelpful responses. Only buy from a customer rep that can complete the activation for you because the convenience store clerk will not give you a refund.

This is a 2012-era app. Very limited functionality. Avoid Singtel!

I spoke with Singtel. They said this app is not compatible with iOS 15 and higher. I wasted a lot of time trying to register the card due to this issue. Very disappointing service.
