Singtel Prepaid hi!App

Unable to verify and activate tourist sim even after multiple attempts. Was advised to present to the physical store and was told that the verification server was offline. The purported 3GB data roaming package was impossible to deal with. Ended up purchasing from another local carrier. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I updated to the latest version (3.7.1) and now when I tap the app it loads an empty page/screen. I am on IOS 16.3.1.

Once at the passport picture upload phase, if you haven’t already allowed camera permission it completely locks you out of the registration process. You can’t allow camera access and try again, you’re totally screwed. Will be refunding and using a company that values customers time.

Constantly get alert to try the tab again in 1 hour…

Easier to navigate interface and more flexible plans available. Thanks.

Compared to the previous version, the app is now a great help. No longer would a user have to log in repeatedly to access their account, the interface has been cleaned up and features functions properly. I was hesitant to recommend it to others in the past, not so anymore. Good effort.
