It’s simple to use , easy to find any course , amazing and professional content . You can call it the ( Courses Library) everything you want to learn under one roof !

I am so frustrated with this app. I downloaded (yes, I verified) two courses so I could use them on a transatlantic flight. I was able view one class only because I had started the class, and left it open before boarding. Even then the video controls were unresponsive and I could not pause the class which required a restart of the phone. There is a button which says, “Go to Downloads” when you are offline. It has never worked. The app does nothing when you click on the button. My phone is the latest iPhone, and I am adept at technology. It would be better to offer no offline use than provide a subpar experience. I do love Skillshare, but this app needs work.
Do you remember that episode of “Black Mirror” where the woman didn’t read the fine print? Read your fine print if you are signing up for a trial longer than 7 days. I’m not saying you will meet the same fate as Joan, btw
This company will charge you $100 a year and not give you access to any videos and will make you pay more to gain access. What was the point of charging my account then? Don’t trust this company .
Do NOT sign up for a free month trial! Despite cancelling the trial subscription, Skillshare took money out of my debit account and I am now out $230!! They lied about sending a reminder email which I NEVER received, and conveniently locked me out of their system once I cancelled so I couldn’t get confirmation of my cancellation! This has happened to HUNDREDS of people as documented on Reddit, TrustPilot, & the Better Business Bureau. I reached out to Skillshare customer service and they were dismissive and manipulative, completely ignoring the fact that I had cancelled the subscription well before the trial ended, and blatantly refused my multiple requests for a refund. As a parent of two little kids who is just scraping by this holiday season, I am absolutely distraught by this behaviour and will be filing complaints with all the aforementioned agencies, as well as with the Attorney General.
I had a 14 day trial, and did not get a notification saying I would be charged for a full year subscription before the trial was even over. I emailed support asking for a refund and cancellation on the annual subscription id been charged of prematurely. The response I got was the same seemingly automated response about checking various links to find out more about their policies. I then tried to remove my payment method from my account and was denied because “you can’t delete this payment method because you have an active plan that uses it” What does that even mean? Can I never delete a payment method? I asked that to the support team. The responded by send the same automated email about links to their policies!
