Skillshare overcharged me twice for a service I did not use even once and refused to refund me despite continuous messages to their customer service. I cancelled my subscription through the App Store and yet they made it impossibly difficult to cancel the subscription through mobile on their site. I sent them specific requests to refund me and cancel my subscription and still they were adamant about not giving me my money back. Please think twice before giving your credit card details to these ripoff artists, don’t repeat my mistake. It a bad, costly service that bases it’s business on exploiting unsuspecting customers in the most cynical way.

The app itself is very useful, which is why I have given two stars. However, I signed up for a premium membership and received two notifications from my bank of two separate charges from Skillshare. One was the membership fee (which I knew) and the second was a smaller amount. I emailed support asking for information (if available) regarding this. However, I received a reply that the charge was for the premium membership and that they canceled my account and have refunded the money. I never mentioned a refund or cancellation once in my original inquiry. It’s a shame that this was never confirmed with me first, as that was not what I wanted at all. Again the content itself was very useful and it’s a good way to learn, but I cannot give a better review due to this experience.

At first i thought that learning through videos aren't going to make that much of a difference but as it turned out it was great! Mostly all of the videos are professionals making them. So I actually learnt quite a lot and now i know how to hand letter!

I only the channel or tutorial introductions, that’s it. Even the first lesson they want you to subscribe. ケチなアップです。紹介だけ、チュートリアルはない。お金払ったらビデオを見る。（ーー；）

The account was working fine and I’ve been charged every month for the premium account, but now I can’t access the content and it says I only have a free membership. I reached for support and they said they can’t help me and they don’t have any billing information from people who is charged by ITunes. How is that possible? So now I am just paying for nothing, and they will not do anything about it.

For a small monthly fee you can see other creatives process. It's a valuable tool to improve and grow.
