I’m like a lot of people, I like free stuff. However after my trial I’m going to buy the year plan. Honestly didn’t think I’d like it this month. Great content and top quality people.

They offer a refund if you forget to cancel after a 7 day free trial. But if you forget to cancel after a longer 14 day free trial they will not offer a refund

I’ve been in art my whole life and still learning. I have learned more in just a few months, to help me be a better artist. Very detailed classes for all levels. Very great to stop and start on your busy time. Good videos and detail on helping you on the techniques you learn.

This app is amazing!

I was given a 1-month free trial. So if you try to cancel you lose your membership. If you don't cancel they automatically charge you, but I can't get a refund on a one-month free trial.. They charge me for the whole year. They do respond to you but it takes so much time. So the only responses I get are days apart and once again they don't respond to my issues. And for all the reviews I read apple is saying if subscribe through the app we will refund you. What about people who use on web on a computer? Am I not getting a refund? They took my $99, and I am not even going to use the app for a year. I should have never tried Skillshare I am so concerned that won't give me my money back giving me another excuse. Update after Apple told me to message Skillshare. I've been trying to reach out to Skillshare for an update, but they haven't been responding. Every time I contact them, they open a new ticket and then don't follow up. I had to go back to the original ticket and speak with the person who initially denied my refund request. I explained that I was instructed to reach out to Skillshare for assistance with getting a refund, but they just asked me to wait and said that another team would get in touch with me.

The only thing I wish you could do from the app is access and download resources provided by the instructor for the given project without having to switch to the website url page.

Skill share is a good place to find beginner type tutorial videos on all types of things from Procreate, Crochet, Knitting, Social Media, Content Creation, Website building and more. It’s pricey. I had it for a year because I forgot to cancel my free trial and since I got stuck with a $129 bank charge (non-refundable), I had no choice. One thing, one several subjects that I looked into, the same tutorials from a year ago, is all they have! No updated or added on material. Plus all these tutorials can be found on YouTube and Pinterest! Don’t wast your money. Remember, if you do the free trial, set a reminder to cancel before you get charged for a full year of nothing!

I am always up for additional education if I have the time and opportunity. With the convenience of 24/7 access to Skillshare, I can easily get a quick lesson in wherever I am at using the app.

Skillshare is dishonest and deals dishonestly with its creators. If you value education, mentorship and honesty, please, please go use one of the many other training platforms. Supporting skillshare is supporting a system that uses and hurts educators. This company has horrible communication and policies that serve to disenfranchise the people trying to create things for others. Shame on you skillshare.
