I’ve always been happy with Skillshare, the classes are infinite and you’ll find anything you’re trying to learn or improve.

Es bueno incluir subtítulos y profesionales que hablen otros idiomas. Es importante la diversidad de idiomas y culturas

Créanme que considero su plataforma Excelente, si estuviera almenos subtítulos en español sería aún mejor, muchas veces me demoro más de lo propuesto pues mi inglés aún no es fluido y debo en ocasiones regresar segundos en los videos para entender bien. Ojalá tomen en cuenta el colocar subtítulos en español, ganarían muchos más suscriptores.. gracias

It’s just perfect

I am so frustrated with this app. I downloaded (yes, I verified) two courses so I could use them on a transatlantic flight. I was able view one class only because I had started the class, and left it open before boarding. Even then the video controls were unresponsive and I could not pause the class which required a restart of the phone. There is a button which says, “Go to Downloads” when you are offline. It has never worked. The app does nothing when you click on the button. My phone is the latest iPhone, and I am adept at technology. It would be better to offer no offline use than provide a subpar experience. I do love Skillshare, but this app needs work.

Do you remember that episode of “Black Mirror” where the woman didn’t read the fine print? Read your fine print if you are signing up for a trial longer than 7 days. I’m not saying you will meet the same fate as Joan, btw

This company will charge you $100 a year and not give you access to any videos and will make you pay more to gain access. What was the point of charging my account then? Don’t trust this company .

Do NOT sign up for a free month trial! Despite cancelling the trial subscription, Skillshare took money out of my debit account and I am now out $230!! They lied about sending a reminder email which I NEVER received, and conveniently locked me out of their system once I cancelled so I couldn’t get confirmation of my cancellation! This has happened to HUNDREDS of people as documented on Reddit, TrustPilot, & the Better Business Bureau. I reached out to Skillshare customer service and they were dismissive and manipulative, completely ignoring the fact that I had cancelled the subscription well before the trial ended, and blatantly refused my multiple requests for a refund. As a parent of two little kids who is just scraping by this holiday season, I am absolutely distraught by this behaviour and will be filing complaints with all the aforementioned agencies, as well as with the Attorney General.
