My skin thanks you! Such thorough product information and helpful advice, easy to understand and so many products- now I can easily check for fragrance in my skin care and the recommended products are easily categorised to reflect my choices .
Love the app but will there be an update to currency? I’m in Australia but the associated currency is GBP only
Absolutely has to be the most extensive range of skin care brands and products ever found in one place! Love the range of filters to sort through the product ranges and find suitable products for my skins needs. The Queen of skin care, Caroline Hirons and her team should be really proud of this app! ♥️
The app allows for profile building and recommendations, as well as suggestions to were products fit in a routine. It has ingredient listing and price indicators, suggestions based on profile and matches - clearly a lot of quality work has gone into it by Caroline Hirons and the team. There is a very useful "use it" or "don't use it" indicator to suggest what skin type, age, what I like to call the laziness factor (don't buy a tool if you are not actually going to use it). It is frequently being updated to include more products as well.
Every time I click on an article, in any of the categories, the wheel spins and no content appears. Despite multiple app removals and downloads, the problem persists. I acces the app on an iPad.
This app is so so so helpful. Some pages are broken and I wasn’t sure where to put that feedback. Milia page needs a fix as it’s not go the information updated
I’ve had this app since it was released and use it whenever I’m looking for something new. I trust Caroline’s advice and recommendations implicitly. However, since upgrading to the new app, I find it glitchy. I can’t tap and open some products I want to read about which is frustrating. When I add more filters to look at products with a particular ingredient, eg peptides, add my profile and Caroline’s approved products, the app says there are 39 products to view but when I click on it, no products appear. I understand apps are always being updated so wanted to mention this. I’d also like to have a filter for types of products, eg cleansers with a filter for fragranced/fragrance free and filter balms, oils, creams etc I still love the app overall for information I can read and products I would never think to look at or purchase
Beautifully designed app that explains skincare clearly and comprehensively. The explanations of ingredients are its strong point- very transparent, balanced and explained simply without sacrificing detail. The product reviews are fairly unremarkable, and the Skin Rocks products are hailed above all else (unsurprisingly), but the feature where you can save and review the products you own is a nice touch. I sincerely wish there was an option to download articles for offline viewing.
The app is really helpful and I especially loved it when it was showing my skin match on different products I was searching. I don’t know if they’ve removed it as an option or it’s a bug. Tried to delete the app and reinstall it but still the same 🙁
