I have to say i will not use your service in any future since you using monthly payments. I will make sure that every person I know will stop using your service in any will use any communication platform to stop people using Skype it will be my project from now on. You greedy people wanna monthly payments when in the past I could top up what I need and can and call anyone from my family for really reasonable prices and I didn’t need to pay monthly. This world going to greediness and you people don’t care what customer need. So congratulations to you. So far 62 people stopped using your service and I found much more other amazing programs and pass them to others. Again thank you for that. I really hope in near future you will bankrupt and more people will see you DONT CARE ABOUT ANYONE ELSE.

Destroyed by Microsoft?
Skype used to be dead easy to use. Now tho seems impossible. I don’t want a subscription, just credit. However adding it (or not, as my old credit has need removed) has taken 20 mins and got no where.

Picture and sound excellent quality.
Great
So it’s a very good app, but there are some problems here and there like sometimes I will share a screen but the other person does not receive it or another one is my screen on call is sometimes in half for some reason, one half shows the upper half of the call while the lower half is just a white screen, therefore I rate this app a 4, as either way it’s still a deec (decent) app for calling, chatting etc. Bye, I’m also the best footballer of all time, Fahim Rishad ;)
Blocked bug
Skype keeps getting incoming calls blocked , seem to be getting put into suspension in the apps , ( iPad swipe up - they’re there , but don’t connect, rather annoying when trying to answer calls

Ridiculously over complicated and complex.
Subscription and add credit not working
Hello, I recently bought a subscription for 100 minutes per month to make calls to Poland, for both mobile and landline numbers. However, I am facing issues with the functionality of the service, which is not the first time this has happened. I have tried multiple times to add credit on my iPhone, but unfortunately, the subscription is still not working. After spending years using Skype without any problems, I am very disappointed with this experience and do not have the time to keep trying to figure it out.
