SoulCycle: Indoor Cycling

Love it! Addicted to it, always look forward to a class!

why is that when you pick a seat you are stuck with it!?!!? I paid $60 and was going to reserve a class that was gonna start in 40 mins and I picked my seat but then I accidentally clicked on a second seat and I can’t delete it or else it’ll cancel it and use up both of my passes. Now I’m left with one. I’m so furious right now. As a new rider, why can’t there be a button to confirm your choice after selecting a seat. Money gone now.

Signing up through the app is horrifying. It glitches and then you have to redo it.

I travel often with my work which inevitably makes finding time, space, and community to support exercise challenging. Yet, as a 42 year old woman who works primarily at a computer, rigorous exercise a few times a week is necessary to stay healthy physically and mentally. While in London for work, I walked by a SoulCycle and on a whim popped in and registered for a class. I fell in love. I loved the teacher, the playlist, the community energy, and the sweat! I now plan my hotel stays in relation to the nearest SoulCycle! It's true that the teachers are exceptional. I'm so glad I found this community and workout. I build community for OpenAI and can also attest to SoulCycle's skill in the area of community building. You really feel a sense of belonging when you walk into a class, even if you've never been to that location before. I've found this to be especially true in London and Austin.

This app always causes my friends and I trouble. My gift cards never go through!! Why offer gift cards when they never work on the app! It’s such a hassle calling the studio since they can’t really do much about it.

I leave the workouts at Soul feeling euphoric. Best money spent on a work out!

I am not pleased that the stats are not showing on the application. May you please fix this? Thank you so much.

Gets my blood moving and a great stress reliever. Who needs anti-anxiety meds. when there’s Soul Cycle!
