Performance issues

This game just religiously gets worse and worse with each update cramming more and more crapp into the game. It’s come to the point where I can literally not play the game on my phone for more than 10 minutes before the game overheats it and starts lagging/freezing my phone. 13 pro max. Force closing and restarting the app is essentially part of the game now and I have to always keep that in mind if I wish to do any sort of activity in game that requires dedicated on screen time. BS developers who don’t care about their player base and skimp on any sort of actual performance updates.

Pay to win games

Don’t trust the 5 stars reviews, this is a horribly designed game that totally ruined an amazing franchise. You simply can’t take a break from the game as over 95% of your resources will simply get plundered if your base is not shielded. As you can imagine all aspect of the game requires plenty of in app purchases and spenders will always have an upper hand over this unfair PvP experience. Meanwhile PvE is a boring, brainless practice of click and wait…

Ppl claimed they cheated but joking that the game doesnt care

There is this actual player when confronted that they are suspected of cheating the game as his / her ship can hit others ship with 10 time less in strength the cheater basically said “thats not a thing” and said the game doesn't care Cheater’s name: HundSub of the AUST alliance

Update 65 has been a nightmare

Word of caution: update 65 brings a forced PVP event that destroys the game, making it impossible for non-PvP players to complete daily missions. There are also so many bugs and UI issues that make playing the game a miserable experience. I’m deleting the game soon.

You play for the $1000 a week players to punch.

Don’t play. They just introduced a mechanism where higher levels can take stuff from you but when you take from them, you get a penalty. Their design shows they are grasping at straws, becoming more and more money-grabbing, already being the most money grabbing game I’ve ever seen.

Crappy Game for REALLY deep pockets

All the negative reviews here are accurately describing its typical but critical flaws and the developers’ sole objective to make profit while ignoring players’ satisfaction. After a month of playing, the only thing left that is interesting is the chitchat with fellow players and occasional team activity. Keeping up with the daily tasks (grinding and mining) is extremely time consuming, but you still need to do it for basic resources. Events are just more ways to get you to spend real money. The most depressing thing is this game is nothing but a PvP bullying hell-hole: you get constantly beat up by high level of players until 30+ level and by then you already spent a lot of money and too knee deep to quit. So you bully others for resources and psychological satisfaction. Players’ own rules (server ROE) is a total joke, since the game is designed to favor only the few most powerful players (those with deep pockets). At the end, Your power is directly proportional to the money spent. The first 15 levels don’t cost a lot but are designed to suck you into the power race. From 15 onwards as long as you want to be competitive you have to spend. After lvl 24 you have to spend just to survive. STFC is just another typical boring, suck-up your wallet online game.

Game loads to 91% then stops! Have not played in months & now cannot sign on despite my account being fairly advanced. Same problem on my iPad... loads to 91% then stops 😡😡😡😡
