Nice game
Enjoyable strategy game so far I love the graphics and UI
Always bugs, very slow response on ticket complained
Been playing the game for 4 years at least, every update patch, writing ticket most time for the bugs. Response solving very slow, sometimes just vaporize. Ship been stuck, no support.
Stuck at Adjusting
After latest update today, i cant login stuck at Adjusting black screen past 100% bar.. And fix the auto screen off, my battery wont last cos this game is forcing my phone to keep the screen on

At first it was great, like oh cool, I like Star Trek, and then it’s like since I’m a small fry who won’t buy upgrades and such, I feel sorta bullied by being attacked by other players who see me as an easy target. I mean some of em are waaayy stronger but I just happen to be there, right. And then it’s like ‘no hard feelings bro it’s just the game’, ‘it’s fair game’, ‘it’s not against roe’, ‘just get good’. Uuggh...

Extremely Bad Suppport
In short: Don’t spend your money and time in this game. As a paying customer, I received a very bad support. Ship got stuck and unusable. Event reward didn’t properly registered. Support only replied after a day. They don’t care about user at all, even the paid one. Don’t talk about the apps itself. Frequent lagging, unstable updates, glitches then penalized users.
