Can’t get cajun fries on the app 🥲
Best laid out app
I use a lot of restaurant apps and this one is laid out the best to be able to order. McDonald’s/ Sonic etc could take notes.

The items listed in the app are completely different than in store. Payment info also does not work on the app

Poor Operating Rewards System
The rewards system they have is super unfriendly. You cannot submit a receipt and use rewards same day. Nor does the scan receipt or manually enter receipt number work 95% of the time to get rewards. It’ll respond with “something is not right”. You can only submit one receipt for rewards once a day. Even if I spend the money on two separate meals. Rewards isn’t effective. The kiosk can’t scan the phone half the time to get reward. Nothing works together with this system and needs completely redone.
Locks up when ordering
App will not allow ordering. It spins and spins when you have entered your order and before you can pay. I don’t use it
