7days free trial very smooth, after 3 days annual fee paid, none of the server can be connected.
Sneaky auto renewal UI
After auto renewal is disabled, every time opening the app there's the renewal popup with a big button, each time! Instinctively you'd click the button the close the popup not realizing it's auto renewal. To disable auto renewal is almost impossible to find. It's extremely sneaky

I guess I have a right for request refund . First the service are not working properly so I jus cancel and refund . APPLE TOLD IT BELONG TO 3 partry app it only possible cancel subscription but it the work on end of the cycle.it mean after the the year . The funny thing is the thing is not working ok
Incredibly good value
This is one VPN I use of my TV car phone u tablet desktop and notebook PC all for just one subscription. And it is very fast. No regrets choosing Surf Shark
compulsory renewal
I was charged even though I canceled right after subscribing last year. They revamped the website so that you can only cancel auto-renewal via live chat. What's worse, there's no option to remove your credit card. Just be aware of this.

Took ages to connect and the price is expensive

Please do not trust this vpn , I subscribe for 2 years plan,and only use for 3 hours , and block my account without any reasons
Battery Draining
Something is not right, both my iPad and iPhone battery is draining fast. It is consuming quiet a lot according to battery usage. Please do something.
