Works well when it works but a constant headache
I have used Surfshark for about a year and have a love hate relationship with this VPN. It does the job well but is a constant headache for every day use. Continuous updates that are usually detected when something won’t work. I constantly have to find the fastest connection and often have to bounce around between servers to get sites to load. Many Apps like Amazon just freeze up or take a long time to load. I have tried watching the tutorials, changing settings, etc. but it is just mind numbing. Most government sites I have to pause the VPN so they will load. What is the point of a VPN if it has to be paused? I am not sure I will re-subscribe for another year. I like it when it works but I really need something that does not give me a headache more than not.

The recent update they did today is the 22nd 2024 of June. The recent update completely broke the rotating and the ability to submit a ticket for help attention to the developer. I’m not going to respond to you. I don’t have you lost the chance at my business there’s nothing you can do to fix it. Perhaps you can take it yourself by fixing your app for me are you have a lost my trust forever there’s no second chances because identity he won’t give me a second chance and I would be victimized by the identity thief because your app is trash after the update. It was horrible before, but it’s even completely canceled my subscription and will never give you a penny no matter what you do.

I want to say Surfshark is the best VPN right now in privacy, there a lot of thing I like it. You can make other identities and not reveal your real identity to other companies. I love that. I’ve been testing a lot of VPN when they started to be popular in that time. After that, a lot of VPN fail in block ads but Surfshark made it possible. I would love to see more like Mail, Password Manager and more, if Surfshark create this in the future I will be happy. I give 4 stars because the payment they give to the customer is not separate. It’s like they are making obligations to pay for Surfshark One and I don’t want to pay the Surfshark One. I want everything by separate to pay. I hope to see improvement in the payment with the products separate and create more products.

Thank you Surfshark for addressing my issues (Restoration of VPN locations). Thank you for improving iPhone app connectivity but it could still use some improvements in the initial connection (the only reason why I rated 4/5 instead of 5/5). ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES WITH CONNECTIVITY, SERVICE IN RELATION TO MAC PRO LAPTOP IOS!
I look forward to further vpn location additions, connectivity improvements, and ability to use many more apps whom are derailing the use for vpn.

This thing seems like a high school project.
I constantly had to disable it to use numerous websites.
