Helaas helaas… het service niveau glijdt nu snel af: een swap is steeds moeilijker/ geruilde fiets toont meteen al mankementen/ telefonisch contact slecht. Goed concept, maar alles voor de winstmarge, lijkt het.

When I reached the customer care to cancel the subscription, they failed to cancel and diverted the topic to me that I didn’t do it via website. There is a reason I reached out to them, to cancel! They just keep on diverting and increase the bills as much as possible. Also terrible experience while chatting with Sean the agent. Terrible customer care.

I downloaded the app to my iPhone 13 and it crashes as soon as it opens.

Living next to Olympic Stadium and still outside service area. Making an appointment for the shop next to my house is possible, but I have to wait 4 days to go there. Great concept, when it would actually work.
