SWTCH is an indispensable app for electric vehicle owners that takes the hassle out of finding and using charging stations. Its biggest strength is an extensive database of chargers across the nation that you can easily locate on an intuitive map interface. But SWTCH does more than just point you to available stations - it streamlines the entire charging process by providing instructions, initiating charging sessions, and even facilitating payment options. You can remotely monitor your car's charging status from the app and receive notifications when it's fully juiced up. While expanding the database and payment support could make it even better, SWTCH is already a polished, full-featured solution that delivers on its promise of making EV charging more accessible and convenient.

Charging is free but they charged lot that was much more expensive.

Just found this company recently and extremely impressed! By far the best fast charger I’ve used. It is completely quiet, seamless and glitch free. Also, seems to be more affordable. I hope to see many more of these in the future.

Stuck on a loading screen after email login. I got the confirmation email after sign up, and web view on the app knows I was login in as “ Last time you logged in with”

Easy to find & book these chargers! On the map, simply search locations by zooming in and out. Your payment and vehicle info can be saved so that helps as well to not have to keep entering your information. The address of the charger is listed, but no property name is listed. Navigation to the charger would also be great to have in-app.

Using SWTCH app, had to press Start charging 2-3 times but eventually started. Got 24kW at Two Rock. There is nothing here - not sure whether this is lighted at night. They charge $10 an hour - we got charged $10 for a wallet and out of that $1.48 for our session ($10/hr). Given that there are only 5 SWTCH stations in California, you’ll have to decide whether it is worth tying up $10 in the wallet.

App gets stuck on startup and is unusable. But they will still charge you for unused time

App sticks on privacy policy screen. Cannot tap agree.

Can’t even agree to the terms of service this app is so broken. Literally only ChargePoint does this right.
