The Tally app on the Apple Watch series 7 shows and syncs everything from the phone to the watch. But the counter in any of the activities on the watch can't be changed. Completely useless! What am I paying a subscription for?
Tally was great as recording counts was easy with the iPhone and Apple Watch widgets. Just tapp it up - quick to access and responsive upon tapping - without opening the app. Quick and easy - well done. Than came the update - Apple Watch widget don’t work anymore - the iPhone widget opens the app and recording is only possible in the app. - and the app is simply slow like hell. Tap three times, and it records one - when I am lucky The app was perfect before the update. The update destroyed the app - roll it back plz
Since the last update, all counters stay at 0 and won’t allow me to open their settings any more. How can that pass QA?
App works fine and looks good. But there is no widget or force touch option for fast access. And the graphs could be better: *No average etc. *No day view
Best habit tracking app I’ve used so far
I overall enjoy it and find it easy to use, but for some reason I can never figure out how to subtract a tally (if I accidentally tapped on one and added 1). Should be more self explanatory
When I first downloaded this app I would have rated it 5 stars, it was basically perfect. Then one day it just stopped working, I would feel the little buzz when I would try to add a tally but nothing would happen. I wear my watch everyday, and it would update the active calories burned but since this problem began it hasn’t updated in 19 days. The ONLY way I can get this to work is to backup to iCloud, delete the app, and redownload. If I had to do this once it would be fine, but multiple times a day becomes old. I bought the year subscription hoping that would work but still nothing. I’ve emailed them a few times about this issue, really hoping something would come of it, but I never received a response. I tried everything ranging from redownloading to clearing my storage and nothing worked. Super bummed!
If there is an undo on this, I couldn’t find it. So either the designers somehow didn’t think the was important or they made unnecessarily difficult to find.
Poor or non existent support. Have requested several times regarding printing out notee on entries but yet to get a reply. Has been 2+ years. Else, the app features are great.
Whoever is setting pricing for this needs to do some deep reflection on the value of the service you actually offer. $60 a year for a tracker? It was $12 last year. This is a genuinely INSANE price increase. Used this app for years but will delete it from my life after it expires today.
