Tally: The Anything Tracker

Health Warning TMTTR Instead of programming the tally in 1-n (I set it to 100) repeatedly, by pressing the back button from the tally function. A mode for reducing the count to an achieved/completed ‘habit’ would have been much cleaner. After entering to the custom menus I was not able to find a tally reset for count. So | used the help section on customising tally counts. Following the points to do so instead of leaving the menu with the job done, I was taken to a customise combined-spot on the screen…. were a tabbed message giving me the option to customise is not working. I also see that a - number for programming my phone i.e minus 1 or n. Is not going to solve this! Overall a simple idea 👏👏 but done without much finess 10/10 for effort lol.

I purchased the premium package like a fool. There is hardly any control functions with this app and the support/help function is out of use so can’t even contact the developers. Like what if you accident added a tally incorrectly, there’s no way that I can see to be able to remove it - so simple but can’t even do that with this app. I swiped the screen and it automatically added 97 to my tally and I don’t know how to remove it without just deleting the whole tally and starting again with it from where I last left off. Give me a refund please.

The advertised offer is unavailable when you check out and you can’t remove the banner either. Good app for tracking although it’s the same app as Done but in a different format. Also all the goals get rearranged if you make any changes it’s annoying.

Says there used to be a one time purchase option for £6.99. What does £30 per year fund? Looking at the update history there’s barely anything new with updates, and not that you’d expect much from an app like this in the first place. Not every app needs to have a subscription, you know.

Really helpful app, especially the premium one. Simple and easy to use. You can add as many habits as you want, it’s got different colours for quickly identifying the habit you want to score in, and you can add goals to each one. The way it’s organised gives real speed of use whilst recording as much detail as you need. Love this app.

No widget option with the app despite it being listed as having. Also the support options in the app menu don’t work, and the website doesn’t include support other than direct email

Great app, mostly. I purchased premium bundle offer of several apps from the developer since the apps are all well designed. The most frustrating thing however might be the widgets, they look fantastic but it doesn’t work at all. I’ve got four habits in the app, the widget says there aren’t any, and there’s no option edit it such as to request which habits are shown. Unfortunately the developer doesn’t welcome feedback since the feedback form link in the app has for a long time opened an form that is unavailable.

This doesn’t work on my Apple Watch, without that I can’t use it as intended. I did email the developers but no response after months unfortunately. It’s been a complete waste of money for me 🙁

For what it is, the price they expect you to pay / subscription by the way - is ridiculous. You can find ad free and zero cost tally apps, I suggest using one of those instead.
