I was looking for a program with someone I enjoy listening to while I workout. Also she gives good input while doing certain positions which for me is important. For me it's important breath work is included in any wellness program. There is also a lack of perfection in her videos which makes it more human overall. I get quick results with Pilates without too much effort, keeping it simple.
I am doing TF workouts since the very beginning. I am on my 2nd year subscription. I did everything from BBG, HIT, Sarahs Day, Tabata, Swimming, Jog, Boxing… For years. I was exhausted and felt bulky and bloated. Now, I am much calmer, focused and actually love to do my workouts. I think, Tasha is such a sweet and beautiful woman to watch & follow and she has a great voice to listen to. I am her age and can relate to her struggles with fitness so much. I also did other pilates workouts since I was 14 y/o. I was a huge Popsugar Fitness and Youtube fan. Now, there is no browsing or overthinking, which workouts and programs to use. I can do my workouts anytime, anywhere and even on vacation bc you can download the videos in the app library. I usually stick to 15-30 min workouts. I feel lean, fit and healthy. Thank you Tasha and please do not stop- I am very grateful for your work. I try to get everyone hooked on your workouts!
I finally found my perfect pilates workouts. I‘m looking foward to do my session every single day. Tasha is an amazing teacher - enjoying and loving her content so much.

Never gets boring, always something new! Best Pilates classes I’ve ever done - calming but still exhausting and forming!
definitely try out her amazing pilates classes! she is so sweet and her video are so so great - so many different one‘s to try, it actually makes you excited to move your body! she‘s all about movement for your body and mind, I love it xxx
