LOVE TASHA
I am 40 and had two c sections. Over the years I have been more of a running and heavy weights type person but as you get older I think you need to work on all the little muscles.
My body is in the best shape it has been in. I love Tasha’s workouts because they are calming and also hardcore at times. I always come away feeling good and ready for the day. No distracting people in the background and clear instructions. Helps that Tasha is gorgeous also. So glad I found this- I’m never leaving.

First of the app is super easy to use and navigate which workout you feel like doing that day. Workouts are AMAZING, love love the live ones as you feel like you’re in a proper class. 10/10 can’t recommend this enough

I have been doing Tasha’s workouts since her YouTube days and using her app since it’s launch. Her workouts have facilitated the healing of my relationship with exercise and food. I couldn’t recommend enough!
Varied and professional
I have been doing Tashas’ programme for a year or so now. I tend to follow her weekly schedule to avoid me spending hours on what work out to choose. Her tuition is precise and the pointers she gives really help achieve the best form. I used to be a big gym girl but I now walk swim and do Pilates ( at home) and I feel really good for it. Its true what Tashe says continuity is the key it doen’t always have to be hour long work outs that achieve results. I would thoroughly recommend.

I love Tasha’s vibe and consistently tough workouts without being too exhausting on your muscles. I can do her videos every day without feeling like I’m pushing too hard, and my body has had amazing results. I never get bored of her workouts, and they’re a good length to do either 1 or 2 together. After switching it up with other platforms, I keep coming back to Tasha for the efficient workout and results I just can’t find anywhere else!
