I started CrossFit about 10 years ago, and built The WOD Generator to help people like you (and me!) train when you can't get to a box (for whatever reason). I'm always looking to improve it, so please get in touch if you have any suggestions or feedback :)

The App I’ve been looking for!
I love the CrossFit training methodology but I’ve never found a gym I’ve liked to workout at. Now I train in my home gym and I’ve got a training plan at my fingertips! Filtered out the equipment I don’t have so everything is relevant to me and my gym. Honestly can’t rate this app highly enough! The smart WOD feature is super helpful too to ensure I’m training everything equally!

Exceptional customer service
Brian who runs this app sorted an issue I had where my pro purchase wasn’t being recognised by the update on the new app. He was quick to respond & sorted my issue out. Looking forward to getting back to using this excellent app for WOD’s.
Best Apps
There are loads of fitness app in the market. But this is far more better. If you have one kettlebell or no equipment at all this will tailor it to your needs. If you like CrossFit type workout it’s the best app for you. I highly recommend this app as I travel a lot and There is no fancy Gym around.
