I haven’t tested the app so I can’t say much, therefore I would suggest a 7-day Trial which offers us to see what we get in the app before we commit to buy it.

Great Routines but buggy App

I appreciate the new routines and ideas for my actual routine. Good trainer. Loving the five split advanced Routine! Bugs/ Feature Request: - I would like to manually add sets to my routine. It is very static at the Moment. - A timer between the sets would be Nice (like a alarm clock). - as soon as the internet connection drops during my workout or I have no Connection, it resets the timer to 0. an offline function would be great. - It takes over the reps and weight from the routine before. If you are not careful, you write down wrong sets and weights. - The Mealplans are a great template. One thing I‘d appreciate Even More is, e. g. Rice 100g = cooked rice or uncooked? A Bit More Information. Thanks! Greetings from Germany!

There are millions of apps out there, but THRST is the best and only one you really need. It helps you stay motivated and find what is right and works for you! Mike is just an amazingly inspiring guy 👏🏽

Great trainer and amazing idea but the tech is not optimal. Too many bugs and too often. Highly recommend to upgrade the software to something more stable.

Love the app overall, but would be great if you could add additional exercises into a workout. Eg. adding dips to an upper workout which does not include this, without having to replace another exercise!

Good but lot of issues

This is a good app don’t get me wrong but a lot of stuff could be better like the workouts give you dropsets as excercises but you can’t track the drop set on the tracker and also there’s a built in timer which is used in between sets but if you go off the app or use something else it doesn’t work. It’s just little things like that which could be changed. And the format or some of the pages aren’t great either. I think Mike needs to talk to some customers and actually understand the issues from the customer instead of just going off what he knows.

Marketing Scam!

After paying upfront for the app I began receiving a ton of marketing emails. I’ve been asking since February 2024 for THRST to permanently delete my data, THRST customer support confirmed that my request has been actioned yet I still receive THRST marketing emails as of December 2024!

Couple Small Issues

The history tracking doubles up on sets sometimes. EG history showing 8 Sets of 80kg bench press in 1 session when it’s always been logged as 4 sets. Makes it difficult to hit target volume. Also the workout timer disappears the further you scroll down. Keep having to scroll up to track time and rests etc. Other than that really enjoy the app. Amazing content, great interface and workouts are everything you need.
