The best app in the fitness industry. The amount of value provided for such a low price is insane. It has everything you would need to build muscle and lose fat no matter what level experience you have at the gym. Mike always responds to questions in the Facebook group and is even a man of his word when it comes to rewarding his clients the prize money. Mike has constantly improved the app by adding more splits and requested features from his customers. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone looking to get into the best shape of their life.

Should’ve been a freemium app. I obviously would not be inclined to pay for any app without first being able try it out.

After paying upfront for the app I began receiving a ton of marketing emails. I’ve been asking since February 2024 for THRST to permanently delete my data, THRST customer support confirmed that my request has been actioned yet I still receive THRST marketing emails as of December 2024!

Been training all my life and this is by far the best app good to push by someone who knows what they are doing!

Shows all your progressive overload with the system shows how do all exercises loads of plans to choose from perfect app

The history tracking doubles up on sets sometimes. EG history showing 8 Sets of 80kg bench press in 1 session when it’s always been logged as 4 sets. Makes it difficult to hit target volume. Also the workout timer disappears the further you scroll down. Keep having to scroll up to track time and rests etc. Other than that really enjoy the app. Amazing content, great interface and workouts are everything you need.

Discovered It not long ago also signed up for the Bioniq vitamins through the app and received a discount! Love it so far

This app is fantastic and has really helped me to achieve my goals. Not only does it have an extensive list of gym regimes with videos showing you how to execute each exercise, but it also includes healthy meal prep ideas and recipes as well as some videos of advice from the big man himself on how to manage common distractions (such as partying and alcohol intake). I don’t know if the app developers read this - but if they do I would add 2 (very small) features which would really improve the app experience for me. 1. Add the option to add an extra set to an exercise. 2. When scrolling through past workouts, it does not tell me the date that I did that workout. Other than that, as I said above, this app is great and very affordable. I would recommend it to everyone.

I’ve paid for expensive personal trainers, and was tired of going back to their programmes. So far absolutely loving the workouts here and the way you use the app. Seems like perfect balance between muscles you want to do to look good and muscles you need to do to look good! Easy to switch things up if they don’t have the machine at your gym as well. Highly recommend.
