Before this last update, i loved it! But now, being a girl, I don’t have almost any options to keep training with you. Only wheels of steel and the thick thigh initiator and now I feel as though the plannings are not at all adapted to my needs (especially being a woman and selecting everything according to my needs and physical preparation). When I select “all guides” I have a lot of options regarding upper body training (like big bro split; pectoral perfection, etc etc……….) Please help. I want to keep using your app
