My shipment is pending..but no explanation make me satisfied..they just said wait and wait and still in transit..

Hopefully TNT can keep simple, faster service, cheaper than others, always better, so it can fly higher. Bravo!

6 days Im waiting delivery. The driver wrote in comment that the recipient wasn’t at home. I’m still waiting him.No one even knocked on the door 😔

said that I refused my delivery! while there was no attempt to deliver at all!

Waited in all day and night. Driver did not arrive to collect parcel. Have tracked on the App which clearly doesn’t work. No communication whatsoever. Just a joke. Glad I am not paying for this appalling service

No help at all

Delivery a week late. Attempted three times they say - never a card left. Cannot do anything without the card number. The assignment number says cannot find it. Then when I finally get through on chat they say it’s held because the address is wrong. Avoid TNT like the plague!
