Not receiving notifications, showing different information in app and on the webpage. We never received package in time from this company.

TNT provides terrible service, unfortunately our suppliers are not able to send us goods via better company. Information shown in TNT app are not correct and actual. I don't remember when TNT delivered goods in time.....

Neaktualizuji se informace o zasilce. Jsou zasadni rozdily v informacich na webovych strankach a v teto aplikaci. Napr. zasilka je dle www stranek v miste doruceni ale applikace ukazuje ze je stale v miste vyzvednuti

6 days Im waiting delivery. The driver wrote in comment that the recipient wasn’t at home. I’m still waiting him.No one even knocked on the door 😔

said that I refused my delivery! while there was no attempt to deliver at all!

Waited in all day and night. Driver did not arrive to collect parcel. Have tracked on the App which clearly doesn’t work. No communication whatsoever. Just a joke. Glad I am not paying for this appalling service

No help at all

Delivery a week late. Attempted three times they say - never a card left. Cannot do anything without the card number. The assignment number says cannot find it. Then when I finally get through on chat they say it’s held because the address is wrong. Avoid TNT like the plague!
