Traking is not transparent

TNT? Would never update status once parcel is colllected from provider. Basically yhere is no tracking mechanism More than that aapp forces you to elect a nickname- moswhich is not trivial

TNT Sweden/Stockholm

I gave 1* because I couldn't leave my home in the last 4 days waiting and calling this so called express shipping company... I ordered something from Spain 3000 away and it took 3 days to arrive near Stockholm.. Yet I am waiting for almost a week to receive it from a depot 20 km away from Stockholm.. How can a employee take 4 days off just because it has to wait for a parcel that never come?? I call this a disrespect and malevolence. This was my 4th day sitting home !! You deserve to be sued !! Who will pay for my time??? I am still waiting! Heloooooooo! Tomorrow is the 5th day and the lovely lady on the phone keep repeating the same stupid line : " No worries, the package should arrive tomorrow" ... I mean .. What?? Are you for real??
