1. I cannot get an online quote because there is no place to enter the details of the shipment in the app it just gives me 1 standard size and price. Quote section is useless. 2. Whenever i need to call the support team, the number that is in the app is for an office in Macedonia, and they cannot help me, they tell me call kuwait office. Needs an update.

Need to get in touch to reschedule and impossible and left no options to do so , and impossible to talk to someone

Could not find a thread on the app to include delivery or contact details.

The shipment history is not in chronological date order, looks like alphabetical order

Tells you nothing about the delivery. Deliver between 8-6pm and all it says is delivering - at no time does it give you a reduced window

As if it couldn’t get any worse, it did. They never contacted us for anything. Initially told at the time of purchase our product would be out in 10 days and we never got any messages. We had to reach out again in ten days to be told they had no delivery status. Once we set it in place to come on a specific date because we would be out of town, they delivered it a day early which we were not there for. I only found out because o had not gotten any updates once again. Just to be told they would deliver it tomorrow and they stated they couldn’t call me about the delivery if there were any issues because they drivers don’t have phone. What a cheap company not to provide their workers with adequate tools. They told me just look on the website for updates. I hope to never deal with them again after I receive my product. I now have to download this stupid app to try and have better access to my delivery. Terrible service.

Trying to get this parcel delivered. System says delivery was attempted but wasn’t no way of getting in touch. No messages left . Only AI to respond. Need to improve tracking and communication.
