Disappointed
I’ve always loved Jack’s work, and seen him promote this app for a long time. Initially I was impressed, but then figured out the feed option wouldn’t connect, my edits wouldn’t save and support is nowhere to be found.

Your Tone subscription will automatically renew 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged through your iTunes account. You can turn off your subscription at any time from your iTunes account settings. You will not receive refunds for the unused portion of your term.

Bugs
Fix the bugs, I’m paying for the app but it won’t let me restore purchase to use the filters. Shame for such a good app
Love this app
We use this app constantly. Very cool.
Quicker and easier than Lightroom
I’ve had this app since the day it was released as I’ve loved the tones of Jack and Lauren’s photos for so long. This app is so easy to use that I’ve found myself doing more and more quick edits for Insta using this, rather than using Lightroom. The variety of filters provide a great base to then tweak from. I see reviews about bugs and I’ve had a couple but nothing that offsets all the good and I recommended this app to everyone.
Unable to edit photos
It won’t let me edit/ add photos even though I subscribed for a year. Seems like the devs haven’t kept up with maintenance, which has outdated/ stopped the service. Hopefully some money is put back into the software.
Always faulty for videos
I really love the edits. But this app is CONSTANTLY faulty when it comes to videos. Even after updated supposedly to fix it, it still happens. Splices a small section of the video and you can’t view the whole thing. Not just an in-app issue on the app view, because it downloads as a small side-slice if your video too. Will go back to using LR.
Glitchy
The filters are good, but the app seems to have a lot of glitches and nowhere to get help or support.
Crash
This app needs to be fixed asap. Won’t let me save my videos or use certain fixtures without crashing. Have tried re downloading with no luck. Such potential, what a waste.
Too many bugs
This app used to work great. Now I can’t update the HSL - the buttons are all fixed and won’t slide. I also can’t save any videos once I’ve edited them, which defeats the whole purpose of this app.
Glitchy.
Glitchy. Sliders not moving, or disappearing off the screen. Can’t click on certain things like highlights. Have emailed twice for help with no reply. Had issues on both free and paid version.
