Love this app, filtres are amazing but i cant save any video and missing your fonts.

Constantly crashing

I never write app reviews but since I’ve been a huge fan of the app for years now I had to — whenever I am editing a video, I am unable to save it without the app crashing. It takes multiple tries and having to close all my other apps while threading carefully in order to manage to keep the app running. I am using an iPhone 12 which is not such an old model and I expect the app to be more reliable than this

Amazing app, but..

I really enjoy this app and all the possibilities it gives, but unfortunately on Iphone SE 2 generation it doesnt work properly with videos. I’m just not able to save any videos, if they’re 4k. Also it really lacks an option to save your own presets. Otherwise it would be 10/10 perfect app for me

App ok but customer service is the worst

Love the app but customer service is nonexistent. They don’t answer on instagram or email, and once in a while when they respond, they can’t even answer a simple question. Where is our money going to?

Stops working even when you have subscription

I’ve had a subscription for this app for years and recently it has just stopped giving me the subscription benefits that I pay for. Tried reaching out but unhelpful and the “restore purchases” button does not work. Going to stop using.

It won’t save videos I’ve edited

I’ve tried to save videos over and over again and it says successfully saved but when I go to look for them they’re not there. Then I return to the app to find all the changes I made are gone. It’s super annoying

Couldn't even upload photos to the app

As a VSCO style competitor, I downloaded this to try out of following Jack Morris & liking his edits. But the App is so buggy, I couldn't even add photos to the app to try the editor. Tried downloading & redownloading. No luck. Too bad. Lightroom mobile does it all, but figured I'd try a creator driven app. Overall - Update the bugs fam

Cool app, great features - but glitchy

Love all the features, but I still question why I pay $5 for an app that consistently crashes when attempting to save videos (whether 2 or 15 seconds long). Several updates later, and the issue still isn't resolved. Apparently changing the background color of the app is more important.

Rip off

These app is a rip off. You pay upfront, and once you’ve given them your money there’s no cancellation or refunds. The app has constant bugs and issues. Some you can ignore, but it’s got to a point where the app will not work and I have tried everything already. There is no help or user support either. Another influencer just scamming people…

Lots of bugs, but good App.

This App is great and is my go to and especially like the recent updates and additions. Because it’s my go to, I cannot get over a few annoying aspects and bugs. The sensitivity to some of the options is really odd. It’s hard to select “CYMK” and “RGB” options unless I click multiple times and it works at random. Currently for video, they are not working at all for me. I’ve updated the App and all. The HSL moves at random for me. I’d select a number and then go back to check and it would be a totally different mark then where I left it at. Currently the sliders are not working. Overall great app but these aspects are very difficult to navigate.
