Can’t handle video files
The app keeps crashing and the time and prince just isn’t working for what you get.
Good, but..
I wish there was a reset/clear edit button, now I have to delete and import images again. Speaking about importing... Please, just leave the images in the roll and add "edited" sign, stop with this import nonsense. Only old apps does that any longer. Seeing before / after while tap and hold is great. Having crop changes in before / after is not. Rotation maybe, but not crop because sometimes the heavy crop is less important to preview than contrast and sharpness changes. I also would love to save my edits as a preset in own group.
This app is Essential
Easy and fast to use. Love all the features and there’s often new ones available after each update. Love it!
Good but missing some stuff
Really love the colours but missing a way that you can save without having to loose all the edit you did in a photo. And also copying the edit to paste on another

App ok but customer service is the worst
Love the app but customer service is nonexistent. They don’t answer on instagram or email, and once in a while when they respond, they can’t even answer a simple question. Where is our money going to?
Stops working even when you have subscription
I’ve had a subscription for this app for years and recently it has just stopped giving me the subscription benefits that I pay for. Tried reaching out but unhelpful and the “restore purchases” button does not work. Going to stop using.
It won’t save videos I’ve edited
I’ve tried to save videos over and over again and it says successfully saved but when I go to look for them they’re not there. Then I return to the app to find all the changes I made are gone. It’s super annoying
