I really like this proposal! I draw in it every day and soon I needed to blur the layer that was already done and something similar, such as a glitch and so on! I beg you to do this because the animations will become much better.
Multilayer timeline, native interface, basic rig features, and vector brush inking makes this app an absolute killer for my case. Finally something that isn’t just another feature beloning to an existing drawing app or a toy for beginners. The app still needs crucial improvement to be on par with behavior that i (and i think a lot of designer ) am used to: -Pressure sensitivity improvement : We need to press really hard with a basic pencil. Modify brush setting is not yet capable of solving this. - Adding a way to hide tools when drawing - Export in vector format. For a motion designer working in after effect it would be very usefull to benefit from continuous rasterization Thanks for existing.
i have had this app for 5 months now and have not once been able to use it in all that time. every single drawing input with the apple pencil is delayed. when making too fast of a stroke it won’t show up at all. this makes the entire app unusable. i’ve tried every brush in the app and none of them work correctly. i had this issue with procreate a few months ago but was able to go into my system’s settings and uncheck a setting that was causing the lag, however the setting has since disappeared and i haven’t had this issue with procreate since. there are no apple pencil settings for toonsquid in system settings, and the in-app settings have done nothing either. there’s only been two documented cases of this issue as far as i know and neither of them have been resolved. i have done everything recommended multiple times over the past 5 months- reseting the ipad, disconnecting and repairing the apple pencil, clearing toonsquid’s cache, deleting and redownloading the app, and nothing has worked. i have tried all these things over and over again for 5 months and nothing has worked. i currently do not have a lagging issue anywhere else except toonsquid, and i know with 100% certainty this is not an apple pencil issue. i don’t want to leave a bad review but i need this issue fixed on an app i paid $10 for.

This app is terrible. There is pretty much no tutorial at all, and it’s super complex and makes no sense at all. It’s confusing and there is just too much going on, and it’s just a bad experience. Both a waste of time AND money. I do not recommend this app at ALL.👎
Only thing it’s missing is the ability to import gifs into a animation project (I have a couple animation bases I’d like to use in app)
