How did this get past any QA and UX testing? it is just a poorly built app.

The item I ordered was smaller than I expected. Holes for the bolts were much more smaller so I can not even mount it. To return item that cost €9 I need to pay €7. Impossible to download the return label from the app. And return company is not regular post office, I need to ride one hour on train. Don't waist your time

Do not open a couple day

I bought a super dry jacket from here (dressINN) . And it arrived perfectly fine tag attached and everything and the size was accurate. I was a bit scared ngl cuz of all the reviews saying they got scammed i had originally ordered from here without checking the app reviews and only checking in app reviews. Delivery kinda sucked cuz they couldn't find a secure place to leave it at so i was scared i had gotten scammed, i live in the last floor of my apt and they didnt come to knock or send me a message when they were around for delivery. But thankfully the package was left at the usps office so i was able to pick it up w no complications the next day!!! Idk abt all these other reviews saying they got scammed but i didnt (btw i live in ny)😆😆

ordered 20 days ago the delivery date has been pushed back TWICE and now it says there is no delivery date and that they can’t guarantee me a delivery date when I contacted them about the late arrival this was a gift for my younger sister and it has by long passed her birthday they tried making excuses with random reasons and articulate words to confuse you but this app is a scam and my package will likely arrive during Christmas it’s ridiculous don’t order

Not only did they took a month to send me my order but once they did, the size was incorrect so I requested a refund which they denied me. I had to end up giving up the shoes that didn’t fit me.

The last time I was going to order a pair of goalkeeper gloves it lock my card and I had to get a new one.

My payment never went trough no Matter how much I tried and the website was buggy so much that it made it impossible to look for anything!!!!

Went to order a pair of boots that said it was in stock and I would receive them early next month and saw they never shipped so I messaged and they said they wouldn’t get the stock of em till may before they could ship em out so don’t trust the stock logos if you actually want the items and want em in a timely manner also hope the owners kill themselves for thinking making people wait for months on end is how you keep customers

I order something 35 days ago and still haven’t got it. I reached out several times and was told twice they would contact the carrier. Still nothing now I can’t chat or cancel my order unless I return it. Can’t do that if I haven’t received it. Should of read the reviews, very disappointed.
