It’s refreshing to check the rate of intensity I should use with this app!
Gave me a 10 day 1, a 6 day two then never gave me anything over a 4. Most days it had me between 0-2. If I followed this I would have to be completely sedentary 90% of my life. Ha!
Not finding this useful and am sad I spent $19.99. I have no idea how it decides my readiness and the settings seem random.
Great visualization helps me keep tabs on my health. I especially love being able to review trends over time. Can’t live without this app now - great WOOP replacement
I use other apps to track my sleep and this apps may suggest I slept poorly and have poor fuel and my readiness is “low” but this app (on the same day) will suggest I am in excellent condition for a high intensity workout. Not sure where the problem lies, but conflicting data makes me distrust all this monitoring in the first place.
I’m really torn between the convenience of an Apple Watch and the metrics of a Garmin. I’ve tried many 3p apps to get just some of the functionality back for run training. This brings back a lot of what I’ve been missing, with the added bonus of being able to crank out some simple run workouts for me. Really enjoying this app.
It just had a ton of data, an easy to use interface and is so helpful!
I’ve been using the app for about a month now and it seems to hover around 0-5 and rarely ( perhaps once per week) suggests I am RTT with measurements above 7. Not sure it works for me (cyclist, 4ish hard workouts per week)
The widgets are blank after they last two updates.
stay away, does not work. Very hard to use. Does not accept my password that i use. It has bugs. Waste of my time.
