Worst app, worst customer (Zero customer service) they will leave you stranded. None of the Gateway works whether it’s a G2 wifi Or G3 Ethernet hard wire. Please do not waste your money in this. This is so wrong, you will regret getting yourself into this. I bought like like 5 locks that work with that app, that remained my worst nightmare. I contacted them, they never reply or even acknowledge my feedback. They are just making money unfairly.

I bought a door lock and my brother told me to get this app. But it just wouldnt connect to the lick whatsoever so yea dont buy this app

The app has very poor customizability. Passcodes, recurring or temporary, cannot be duplicated. They cannot be changed either until the autogenerated code is put it at the time and date when you're planning on not being there… (hence why I’m making a temporary code, for some else to enter while I’m gone). Time and dates cannot even be edited. You have to delete the occurrence and remake it.

I put batteries in to the designated slots and the unit immediately got hot and the casing started to melt. The keypad/fingerprint options are not functional at all.

Even with an up date and on second lock still no finger print option

I have used this app for a couple years without any problems until now. I just tried to use it and it wouldn’t even let me past a screen that said I needed to update my country/region. Tried to do that and it said “Request failed. Network unavailable. Please check and connect your device to 3G/4G/WiFi”. I deleted the app, reinstalled and now it won’t even let me login.

This company is a joke. I set up an account in usa for my locks. Now I can’t log in for the life of me. Had to start a new account. After set up, it won’t log in. I’m locked out of setting up $450 worth of locks. That a joke this is. Does not recognize my number or email. Now trying to set up locks in Mexico, can’t register can’t log in. Don’t waste your time here.

Cannot control app remotely and does not track records properly for who unlocked and how.

Registered an account with ttlock with my gmail about a month ago. Now I receive over 30 spam mail a day. Instead of maybe 2 a week. I haven't been registering any other accounts with my gmail for 2 years now. Go figure.

I really like this lock and app. It was fairly easy to install and seems to have lots of options for locking/unlocking my door. The 1 thing it’s missing is probably the most basic thing. I wish the app would tell me the status of the lock. I want to be able to see at a glance if my door is unlocked. Why is that not part of the basic homepage? That would have been the first thing I added if I were designing the app.
