Please add the functionality, to be able to lock the door remotely from app from distance via the gateway by holding the lock/unlock button in the app.

Add Siri shortcut support -Please add support for Romanian language -View the status of the door lock with colors from Apple Watch app (red color if the door is locked and green color if the door is unlocked)

TTLock app not working from Apple Watch Series 1 running watchOS 6.3 (it doesn’t open the door) please fix it, I’m using with iPhone 6s running iOS 14.7.1 Auto Unlock feature doesn’t work (it’s still locks immediately after I closed the door, even when I set to unlock 30-60 seconds) Fingerprints not unlocked the door (working just few times after set it up)

The best lock ever before

Sometimes it operates my smart lock. Every other operation fails, even when I’m holding my phone within an inch of the smart lock. I’d delete it, but I have to have something to interface with my smart lock.

I bought the locks through Amazon believing therein that looks will be working over WiFi but to my surprise if we intend to lock unlock remotely requiring WiFi we have to instal additional device known as Gateway.

The lock will not lock.

TTLock box I’m really not happy with you because I wanted to turn the battery feature on so I get notified when the battery gets low but it’s very disappointed that you guys have a two-year subscription to more features. I should not have to pay for two year subscription I’m not paying for it. Please get rid of your subscriptionand please make it 100% free for the lockboxes so that when I enter a code or need to get in my room you do not have to pay for a subscription at all. The lockboxes have no subscription is at all if you have the hub and you pay for the hub and you have access the hub you should actually have access to all the features so please modify your features and get rid of all of the features for lockboxes so the gases to all the premium features 100% with no to your subscription, then it asked for a subscription. I do not want it for my lockbox but the get rid of premium features for lockbox do you have access to all the features and get notified for the battery and get notified for all the features. Get rid of your premium features entirely. There should not be such thing as premium features get rid of all of it. I’m very disappointed in you guys. Please fix it. Get rid of it. That’s not how you make this business the goal of the business is you offered the features and you can be able to use the features. I’m willing to use your app, but you should not have a subscription to activate the event functions. You should be able to have access to all the functions with every single feature that you wanna use for your room or however, you want to get inside your bedroom with the lock box so please fix this 100%. I’m very disappointed in your app i’m still gonna use your service by expect for you guys to get rid of your subscription. The Vance function features gear of the subscription offer it for all your apps and all your features 100%.

We had three TT Locks installed at our home in Florida recently. Loving the locks and the app. We had a professional install all three locks in about 45 minutes for $150 total for all three ( much easier ). No more losing keys ! Loving TT Locks at a fraction of the cost of the big name electronic locks ( why pay more for the same quality and app ?! )
