TUI MAGIC LIFE App

The app is informative but I find much of the content very hard to read, and some almost impossible, even wearing glasses, because of the tiny and often faint font, usually in the middle of a mostly empty screen. I can’t find anything resembling a settings section to adjust this. Also I would see on the closed app icon that I had some messages but it took me a week to spot the message icon in the app itself, to read them. Even then I thought it was a comments or feedback section (due to the speech bubble shape) till I clicked on it. Why not just a notifications section where the other sections are? The app does its job and I would have rated higher if I could read it more easily.

Although my language preference is set to English, many of the pages of the app are only in German.

The app works but none of the staff use it. try booking tables cakes for a 3 year old. book on the app but when you go to the restaurant there’s no table there’s no cake nothing. absolute joke.

When I try and add my latest booking to my account through the app it appears in the cancelled bookings. The holiday is definitely not cancelled and shows up in my Tui app. I don’t know how I am going to be able to book activities.

Doesn’t turn the screen for iPad users. Won’t even allow to log in. Most of activities in the resort need to be booked with the App, this has the potential to ruin a holiday. Don’t bother.

The app seems to have been updated and today it keeps crashing and I can’t get into it now. Previously I found it useful and it was working well. The upgraded version looks nicer but obviously has some bugs causing it to crash for me.

Use it all the time, but the biggest problem is it only shows your bookings. It should sync across room numbers. If my wife books a restaurant then I should also see that booking appear. So I have to keep asking what time are we going!

I downloaded the app ready for our holiday to one of the resorts. It worked fine for a week but then kicked me out / logged me out of my account. Ever since then I have tried logging in every day and receive an error message saying that the application owner needs to check the logs for more details of this error. We leave for our holiday shortly and without access I am unable to book activities and the a la carte restaurants at the resort. This error has been happening for 3 days. Please help!

Despite choosing the English language, the map of the resort of Kalawy still appears only in German so it’s impossible to choose your room prior to arrival

The app is useful and helps with the day to day events , but there is no translation so do not understand the comments on pinboard as they seem to be in German or other languages so not helpful
