Horrible service
Im very disappointed in the situation ive been put in by uber eats. Ive tried to contact them multiple times and all im getting no help. I ordered my food and quickly noticed that the location i had entered was completely different, a location ive never seen. I quickly contacted uber support and they told my to speak to my driver and that he would deliver to me. After contacting my driver, he told me he was unable to deliver it as its far. I told him that uber help told me that he would be able to deliver it and he responded within 1 minute saying hes on his way. He told me he was here and asked for the pin. I have it to him and when i went outside he wasn't even there. I messaged him saying that he wasnt outside and he told me he went to the original pin and that he wouldnt come all the way as uber is only paying him for that distance. He then confirmed my order as delivered. I was charged over £35. I have since been trying to get in contact with uber and to my surprise, have been given no help. Will not be using uber eats again.
