Amazing delivery

The delivery riders change the customers order and steel money. Then they try to harm customers. After complain to this uber customer care, they got only riders side. I face this during my pregnancy. Don’t use anyone this service. Don’t add your cards. They steel your money. They deduct two times monthly for uber one service. Don’t trust them. Please ignore it and protect Sri Lankan customers.

Got a one month free trial however i had charged 73/- Rs why ?

So disappointed. I am new user. They showed available promotions. But when we are placing orders , promotions not working for any shops.

They delivered me some food in a store call nelum kole 138. They sent me a spoiled fried rice. The buggers never picked the phone so i did put a complaint in uber eats but they refused to refund me. These buggers are totally irresponsible on their customers.poor customer service and poor satisfaction along the uber and uber eats sri lanka. Looks like another scamming app!

I got charged twice and they refused to refund me.

I cancelled an order due to wrong address being picked. However the refund had not come and when I made the second order that too was debited to my account

The app is really convenient. But an area the developers can improve is on the portion size. Medium/ Large or regular is different from area to area and country to country. Solution could be using (Kg/g/Lbs). Having an international standard way of determining a portion size would be helpful to any user. For example rather than saying “regular size french fries portion” if the app can mention its “100g portion of French fries”, A first time buyer from that outlet can determine the portion size without a hazel bd order accordingly. It’s just an idea leaving out for the developers. It will also help maintain a standard portion size for the vendors.

I ordered a Kottu from cafe on the 5th for which I paid using my card but the delivery guy purposely delayed my order and was at a wrong location while I was trying to find him outside my house for so long and he didn’t pick any of my calls which was quite strange. For my surprise when I found him hiding in an alley closer to my house he said he canceled the order and said he cannot deliver my food despite seeing me. This was encouraging proper scam to steal food. His dinner was sorted on my account. I tried so many times to reach customer care which was unsuccessful and zero response for my messages. UBER EATS IS A SCAM IN SRI LANKA. So unreliable I will never ever order food through UberEats hereafter. My money was never refunded!
