Absolutely disgusted by Uber Eats. I deleted the app from my phone years ago after I moved countries. I assumed all my data would be deleted too. I went onto a restaurant website and they gave an uber eat link to place an order. I gave the address but the food never arrived and nobody knocked on the door. The driver said he had tried to knock several times - not true. And unfortunately uber eats gave him the number I had when I had the app on my phone which of course didn’t work. Now they’re refusing to give a refund because the “driver obeyed policy by knocking on your door for 9 minutes” which he didn’t do. Will never use them again.
Had a problem with my order, so I contacted the store, they then led me to Uber to try and fix my problem, they routed me into a automatic message, their solution was to use the support in the app but there is no support on the app among other problems like getting my order wrong I’ve just lost my money because the app as no customer support what so ever
They don’t even help when food doesn’t arrive, I make complaints and no refunds…been on the app for almost 4 years not a single valid discount code. Stingy company
Zero quality, zero customer satisfaction. I just wanna eat McDonald's, JUST A BURGER. And I waited for it for more that half an hour. I can't cancel it bc the meal was ready. I never use that app!!!
Ordered a taco bell . Uber eats delivery driver must have cancelled the job , waited an hour and 30 minutes for the app to find a new driver. By the time we got our food , nearly 2 hours after ordering. The food greese had soaked through the bag . All the food was freezing, soggy and awful
The prices are significantly higher than what you would pay in the actual shop, which feels unfair. Additionally, I noticed some dodgy practices, like changing my order from a local shop to a remote one, resulting in increased delivery fees. To make matters worse, there are no functional cancellation/ help options available, making it difficult to rectify any issues immediately. It seems like a greedy company prioritising profit over customer satisfaction.
I’ve got uber one and it’s just renewed. They’ve restricted my services so I cannot order because I have complained that the food I ordered came incorrect. So I can’t get a refund for uber one but cannot order on uber as the payments don’t go through. Ridiculous
