Obviously there were sufficient balance in my account credits and the app proceeded payment via my card without authorisation and my selection. It was not clear to me that the sum was not deducted from my credit but from my card without indicating which card it took payment from. Do not use this app unless you want to get frustrated with their in app features and their cs.

I Ordered food and i wanted a your for this food 4 DELIVERY drivers later the place i ordered from told me that Uber Eats didn’t put my order through to them never using this app again!

Charged for cancellation and support doesn’t work at all

I already cancelled my Uber one last month But then this app take my money even I already cancelled it And no one reply my gmail

I appreciate you my friend.

Very expensive

The customer service said I have a duplicate account that I had no knowledge of and refuse to let me use any promo. I request to remove the duplicate account and it send a bot to sent me repeated message that clearly didn’t help.

請各位小心，外送員有機會是賊，而平台亦不會保障客人。我昨天在台中酒店，用ubereat買了2600台幣的手信，用信用卡付款。一會後，在app內，外送員說已送達，我即時往酒店前台取貨，但酒店前台職員說沒有給我的貨物，我即時在app內聯絡外送員，但已聯絡不上。在app內聯絡客服，幾小時後才回覆，說貨物已成功送達，亦已扣款，不會再跟進，只說抱歉和日後會改善。這麼不負責任的app，請大家慎用
