Really poor support. No help in case of troubles. No one caress
Really poor support. The delivered order missed 80% of items, courier didn’t deliver the second packet with food. I unsuccessfully tried to contact courier through the app and created a ticket. After 16 hours still no reply. I was charged a full amount and there is no other way to address this issue. Support doesn’t reply at all. So in case of any troubles you will left alone with the situation, absolutely no one cares. Same things happened multiple times

Zero service
Their employee stole our order.
As the title states, we waited for over 40 minutes until finally the restaurant called to inform us the delivery girl STOLE the order we payed and waited for. The restaurant was closed so we didn’t get our food. We ordered from another restaurant. 2 support representatives blew us off and the third one cancelled our latest order from the other restaurant and then apologised and.. did nothing about it. As I am writing this review WE ARE STILL HUNGRY AND SHOCKED, WAITING FOR OUR THIRD ORDER THIS NIGHT!!!
Don’t use it!!
2 drivers stole my order, and the support chat isn’t working. I was charged $70 for food that never arrived, and there is no one to talk to if you don’t have a US number. Never going to use it again.
Terrible service
Zero accountability. Zero communication, zero help . Terrible customer service , terrible help . I would never wish for anyone to actually deal with their so called “ service” . Look for other apps and save yourself the trouble and the headache.
