Useless customer service with effort less riders running it

These people have charged for food i never received. Their app is designed in a way that you will never reach to a human being for delivery issues. They make it so complicated to reach to customer services. If your food is not delivered you will be charged for it. Wow not even a single attempt to reach out to me. Amazing. I just have been basically scammed. I advise everyone to never use this app. I literally don’t want anyone to go through the same experience and write such a comment on their stupid app.

Lame. I downloaded the app, it switched to another app and told me they switched my account and should order through Careem. I open Careem, no food only ordering rides. Back.

I have tried many times to refund my money while I sent a complaint to the customer service my order wasn’t delivered at all and didn’t get refund, now same thing happened . This unprofessional and last time use this app.

Millions time when I order something they canceled it by them selfs !!!

Bad helping center specially in cape town I hate the experience since i tried to order twice and all of the orders comes with missing meals!!!!!! How is that possible to forget a whole meal! The helping center or contact center was very bad and helpless. If you have any issue do not even think to rise a ticket cus they will till you that we will refund in the next days BUT they will NOT

I was scammed by uber eats More than 2 hours and my order not delivered!! Your worse customer services try to close the chat without solving my problem Last time i order from your app

Everytime I order they say delivery will be in 30min or 40min but in reality it takes at least 2 hours if not more to get your grocery. Terrible experience !

Because the delivery person couldn't locate my location She canceled my order and i was charged the full amount.
